Two 20 Year Olds Found Shot To Death In Maryland Park, Police Say

A double murder is under investigation in Montgomery County after two young men were found shot to death at a Silver Spring Park over the weekend.

Quincy Johnson, of Takoma Park, and Lanham resident D'Andre Wint, both 20, have been identified by police as the two killed at the Nolte Local Park late on Sunday afternoon.

Officers were called shortly before 7 p.m. to the 200 block of Denver Road in Silver Spring, where they found Johnson and Wint both suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were treated at the scene by first responders and pronounced dead at the scene.

As of Tuesday afternoon, no suspects have been apprehended. The shooting remains under investigation. No additional details have been provided by the police.
